Media executives are under intense pressure working in one of the most disrupted industries in the modern economy. Needing to adapt and change is a key theme of my work in media businesses as leaders become responsible for both managing the everyday and future proofing in consistent uncertainty.
Wide-ranging issues must be faced including managing individual and corporate reputation, getting the best out of a team, building and relying on internal and external relationships, client and stakeholder management and, in particular, strategy setting and delivery.
